There are four options in the File drop-down menu

1. Offline backup... -  creates  a  large  encrypted  file containing  selected  data  and  sends  it  to  the  SecurusVault  operators  who  will  upload  it on  users  web  account
2. Check for updates... - checks for updates of the SecurusVault desktop application and lets you update it automatically
3. Preferences - lets you set your own preferences for the SecurusVault desktop application, choose the language of the application, etc.
4. Quit SecurusVault - closes the SecurusVault desktop application
