If because of a computer crash, system reinstallation, critical update or because you’ve reinstalled the SecurusVault application you need to retrieve a device’s backed up data and create the connection between your computer and the device on your SecurusVault account again, you will need to proclaim the device no longer active on your SecurusVault account profile page.
Exit you SecurusVault desktop application, and log in to your account at http://www.securusvault.ch/login/
On the Profile page under the Devices tab uncheck the Active check box of the device you want to retrieve, and click Update to save the changes.

After that launch your SecurusVault application again, you will be asked if you want to restore your lost device. Select Yes, and your device will be connected to your SecurusVault account once again.

After that, you will be able to use SecurusVault as usual.
